Discover the art of sculpture through hands-on classes offered at Kalispell Art Foundry. Our sculpting classes provide artists of all experience levels the opportunity to learn, create, and develop their skills in a working fine art foundry environment.
Throughout the year, we offer classes taught by a variety of accomplished sculptors and guest artists, each bringing their own artistic style, techniques, and professional experience to the studio. Classes may explore subjects such as figurative sculpture, wildlife, portraiture, anatomy, clay modeling, composition, and preparation of sculpture for bronze casting.
Whether you are picking up clay for the first time or are an experienced sculptor looking to refine your technique, our classes are designed to provide practical, hands-on instruction in an inspiring and supportive setting. Students also have the unique opportunity to learn within an active bronze foundry and gain a greater understanding of how an original sculpture progresses from clay to a finished work in bronze.
